KINGA FLUFF’S STORY

Our paths crossed when Kinga first discovered our MD Nancy Steidl through a podcast hosted by a local business group, where Nancy was discussing how to start a business and referencing her book. Inspired by the conversation, Kinga purchased the book and later reached out for support. 

At the time, Kinga had been successfully running a cleaning business for several years however was exploring the idea of expanding into a new venture involving a physical product. While full of ideas and ambition, she needs support on developing a clear structure or roadmap for how to move forward.

Following an initial consultation, we agreed to work together to bring clarity and direction to her vision. Over a three-month period, we met weekly online to build a structured business plan step by step, turning ideas into a practical foundation for growth.

Although the process required Kinga to step back and rethink elements of her approach, it became an important period of development, helping her build confidence, clarity, and strategic focus.

Alongside the business planning work, we supported Kinga with drafting adaptable legal contracts and guiding her through a successful trademark application, which was secured during our work together.

Through this collaboration, Kinga moved from early-stage uncertainty into a more structured and confident business position, with clear foundations now in place for her next stage of growth.
