How did our path cross with this business? At the gym, in a spin class – working out and talking business is a great combination!

 

The business, WAKIKI, was a new start-up food hub with a certain niche of African Caribbean food. The business had the challenges of a website productively working along with more interactive content to provide information and to engage with customers and hold their attention, introduce the new concepts and ideas to their audience.

 

In addition, the company as a whole needed a strategy, clearly defined goals and well articulated path to achieve the goals.

We started to work with WAKIKI to implement good strategies with the business, which lead to the business launching a brand-new website addressed all the negative points of the previous website, improved the business social media followership by 600% and totally revamped the company’s financial management approach.

 

WAKIKI continues to thrive and grow as a business and with the structure in place now gains a level of optimism for the future of the business.
